Three Inside Flow teachers are coming together to celebrate freedom of movement, the power of music and the joy in connection.
Join Sophie, Radka and Andreana for a day of Inside Flow at the stunning Studio Orchard near Beaconsfield.
Each teacher will bring their own style and energy for an hour
practice, and together we will guide you through a day that’s powerful, emotional and fun.
We will also provide a delicious vegetarian lunch and hot drinks and sweet treats for you through the day.
You will be floating home around 4:15pm after a well deserved guided rest.
