I am teaching fitness for over 25 years and I am very passionate about what I do.
I am a Wife & Mum of 3 Teenagers and I work part time around my family.
I teach Yoga, Pilates, Zumba and Strong Nation presently but also have experience as a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Kettlebells & Mindfulness.
