Accessible via Zoom, this 45 minute Adult (Over 16) class will be very similar to my Monday evening class.
Its an easy to follow and effective way to stay fit and keep trim, without the need of a partner or any previous dance experience. This is an aerobics based dance class, without any formal structure to follow.
