Welcome to our February challenge, 4 one hour soundbaths in 4 weeks.
These will take place 8-9pm on Wednesday's during February with a chance to stay behind for a 15 minute discussion to share any experiences or ask any questions.
Sound has the ability to improve sleep, reduce pain, improve mood, clear and calm the mind.
Let's work together each week and notice the therapeutic benefits of sound. I will also talk a little about the brainwaves and altered state of consciousness to explain how sound works on the body.
The instruments used will be gongs, singing bowls and percussion.
February is the month of Valentines but this is truly about gifting yourself some love.
