A gentle 5-week course designed to help you slow down, soften, breathe and reconnect with yourself in a world that often asks us to rush.
This is not about emptying your mind or βgetting meditation right.β
Itβs about learning simple, supportive practices that help calm the nervous system, ease overwhelm and create moments of peace within everyday life.
Perfect for complete beginners or anyone craving rest, calm and space to simply be.
Over the 5 weeks weβll explore:

π Breathwork for calm and grounding
π Nervous system regulation
π Rest rituals and relaxation
π Mindfulness for real everyday life
π Self compassion and slowing down
Each class will include guided meditation, calming breathwork, gentle reflection and deeply restful practices in our cosy candlelit Heart Space environment.

What do I need to bring?
I provide everything you will need at the class including mats, cushions, blankets, bolsters, straps, eye masks etc. all you need to bring is comfortable clothing to wear and a drink for yourself.
How much?
Β£55 for a 5 week block
Spaces will be kept small to ensure a supportive, personal experience.
