Fancy an evening of clay, creativity and a little something to pour?
Join us at Henfield Pottery for a relaxed, adults-only pottery workshop where you'll learn to hand-build your very own ceramic pumpkin.
We'll guide you through the making process, from shaping your pumpkin to adding your own stalk, texture and decorative details.
You'll have the option to hand-paint your pumpkin with underglazes during the session or choose from a selection of studio glazes for us to apply after firing.
Bring along your favourite drink, get your hands muddy and enjoy an autumn evening doing something a little different!
No pottery experience needed. Complete beginners are very welcome.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
2½ hours of guided pottery tuition.
All clay, materials and use of studio equipment.
Hand-building and decorating your own ceramic pumpkin.
Option to paint with underglazes or choose a studio glaze.
Glazing and firing of your finished pumpkin.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This is an adults-only event for those aged 18 and over.
You are welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks. Alcohol is not supplied or sold by Henfield Pottery.
Your pumpkin will remain at the studio after the session to dry, glaze and fire. We're aiming to have finished pumpkins ready for collection before Halloween, although we cannot guarantee an exact collection date.
Please wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a little clay on.

We're looking forward to welcoming you to Pumpkin & Pour at Henfield Pottery!
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your session so we can get everyone settled and ready to start on time.
Wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a little clay on, and please tie back long hair.
You're welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks.

Parking is available on site, with additional parking on Broomfield Road. The studio is tucked away in the right-hand corner of the business centre.
Your finished pumpkin will stay with us for drying, glazing and firing. We'll contact you when it's ready to collect.

Pumpkin & Pour – Adult Ticket
Your ticket includes 2½ hours of guided pottery tuition, all clay and materials, use of studio equipment, and the opportunity to create and decorate your own ceramic pumpkin. Choose to hand-paint your pumpkin with underglazes during the workshop or select from our range of studio glazes for us to apply afterwards. Glazing and firing are included in the ticket price. This is an adults-only workshop for participants aged 18 and over.
