Join our family dance party with music, games and dancing to disco lights! Shake the foam glow sticks, wave the pom poms, and parents you need to join in as well! This session is for the whole family, all ages welcome.
This session is for adults and children to join in together and have fun as a family. A ticket is needed for each adult and child in the sessions. Adults are joining in the fun too.
We will have all the equipment for you to use including ribbons, scarves and foam glow sticks and will be collected at the end of the session. There is an option to purchase a glow stick to keep.
Please wear suitable clothing for exercise and bring a drink of water.
