After the incredible success of our first event for International Women’s Day – with beautiful performances, amazing community energy, and pure good vibes – we’re bringing the magic back for another night celebrating local women in music.
Join us on Friday 27th June for the next SisterHudd event at Nothern Quarter featuring three brilliant Huddersfield artists who each bring their own sound, story, and unique energy to the stage:
🌼 PENNY crafts dreamy indie pop with a “sad sexy” edge, blending emotive vocals and atmospheric soundscapes into her own unique mood.
🌼 Faye Chambers is a singer-songwriter whose honest, pop-rooted songs blend eclectic influences and whimsical reflections on womanhood.
🌼 Cerys Allatt delivers a heartfelt blend of feel-good anthems and emotionally resonant songs, each tied to her own lived experiences.
This is more than music – it’s about making space. For women to be heard, and for the community to come together.
