This 40-hour course is delivered in three parts, over nine days.
It is ideal for participants who want to enhance their personal Breath-Body-Mind™ (BBM) practice, and develop the skills to safely and effectively instruct BBM practices with clients and small groups.
The level one BBM Instructor training is suitable for healthcare professionals, coaches, practitioners, therapists, yoga and meditation teachers, school teachers, military, first responders, EMTs, police, firefighters, disaster relief workers, and service organizations.
The benefits of Breath-Body-Mind™ have been shown to increase resilience and reduce the effects of stress in surveys of participating health care practitioners, individuals with mental health and medical conditions, children, veterans, active-duty military, and survivors of disasters.

Part A: 30 & 31 January & 1 February 2026
Part B: 13, 14 & 15 February 2026
Part C: 27 & 28 February & 1 March 2026
Pre-requisites:
Attend a 12-hour BBM Fundamentals course
Attend a minimum of six BBM classes with a senior teacher
