An evening of softness, nourishment and heartfelt connection
This gathering invites us to slow down and explore a more compassionate relationship with ourselves — one rooted in acceptance, kindness, ease and deep listening.
Together, we’ll explore gentle and intuitive practices that support nervous system wellbeing, emotional balance and embodiment, while creating space for reflection, rest and connection.
Through movement, breath, sound, meditation and deep rest, we’ll gently turn inward and reconnect with the parts of ourselves that so often become overlooked beneath the busyness of everyday life.
✨ Expect:
No previous yoga experience is needed. Everything is offered as an invitation, and you are encouraged to move and participate in a way that feels right for you.
Spaces are limited. Booking in advance is recommended.
Yoga mats will be provided. It is recommended to bring cushions, pillow and blanket to allow a comfortable relaxation.
Parking is available at the front of the hall and along the road.
