During our 5 week course, you will learn relaxing baby massage strokes that can be used at home to aid with sleep and other common baby ailments such as teething and colic, all while enjoying special bonding time with your baby.
We will have a short unstructured time at the end of the session, with a chance to have a hot drink, treat and connect with other parents. Our sessions are aimed at babies from 4 weeks-pre crawlers.
Included you will receive baby massage oil and handbook at the first session so that you can continue on your baby massage journey at home.
Free parking is available at Vida Haus. The class will be held in the yoga studio — simply walk past the café counter and follow the corridor round to the back.
Unfortunately there isn’t space for prams inside the studio, however we are just a very short walk from the car park.
I provide yoga mats and sheepskin mats, but please feel free to bring a blanket or muslin for your baby to lie on if preferred.
