During our 5 week course, you will learn relaxing baby massage strokes that can be used at home to aid with sleep and other common baby ailments such as teething and colic, all while enjoying special bonding time with your baby. As an antenatal and breastfeeding practitioner I will also be on hand if you have any questions around your postnatal and infant feeding journey.
We will have a short unstructured time at the end of the session, with a chance to have a hot drink and connect with other parents. There is access to the CUB play cafe included as part of the course, which also has a delicious lunch and treats menu.
Our sessions are aimed at babies from 4 weeks-pre crawlers.
You will receive a free baby massage oil and handbook at the first session so that you can continue on your baby massage journey at home.
*Please note there isn't parking at this sight, but were a short walk from the town centre, with the nearest car park located at Cromwell Square, St Nicholas St, Ipswich IP1 1TR
Please dress comfortably, and dress baby in clothing thats easy to get on and off for massage. You may wish to also bring a blanket for baby to lye on as we will be using yoga mats.
