Taster class with Jorja at Alyth Cyclery.
Vinyasa Yoga focuses on linking movement to breath, moving fluidly between postures.
Class will begin with grounding, breathwork and gentle mobilisation, before building into more dynamic flows. The practice will gradually wind down through calming postures and savasana.
Option to stay for a coffee when the cafe opens at 10am!
This is an open level taster session, for adults of all ages.
