A playful, love-filled baby yoga session to celebrate Valentine’s Day 💕
Join us for a special Valentine’s Baby Yoga class on Saturday 14th February, designed to support your baby’s development while strengthening your bond through gentle movement, song, and connection.
This interactive session includes baby yoga poses, sensory play, and relaxation, all with a Valentine twist. A beautiful love-heart backdrop will be available, along with relaxed opportunities for photos and a sweet “My First Valentine” moment 📸💕
✨ One parent or two are very welcome — this session is a lovely way to share special Valentine time together as a family.
💝 Each family will also receive a small personalised baby gift and a printed Valentine’s Day photo to take home.
What to expect:
Gentle baby yoga movements and stretches
Songs, rhymes, and sensory interaction
Support for digestion, coordination, and body awareness
Valentine-themed moments and optional photo opportunities
A relaxed, friendly, and supportive environment
Good to know:
Suitable for babies who are not yet crawling
No previous baby yoga experience required
Feeding, changing, and cuddling always welcome
Please bring a blanket for your baby

Please ensure you have comfortable clothing on, a cushion for your baby if they suffer from reflux for their head, and a blanket for your wee one to lie on. Class will last 1 hour.
