This class is for both Mum and Baby. Postnatal Yoga for Mum to help you to rebuild your strength and mobility after pregnancy. BIrthlight baby massage and yoga to support baby social, cognitive and emotional development as well as bonding with Mum. Fun and friendships, songs and chats.
There are 5 classes included in this block
Please bring a yoga mat for you and a cushion or blanket for baby. Mums usually go for coffee and cake after class and you would be very welcome to join xx
