This partner yoga workshop is designed to cultivate trust, deepen connection, & strengthen community bonds through shared movement & mindful interaction. It offers a supportive & inclusive space where participants can explore yoga in pairs, encouraging communication, cooperation & mutual awareness.
The session focuses on building meaningful connections—whether between partners, friends, siblings, or parents—while fostering a sense of belonging and collective wellbeing.
This workshop is open to Couples and partners, Friends, Parents & children, Siblings.
All levels, ages, & abilities are welcome. No prior yoga experience is required.
ABOUT NANCY MAKENGA
Nancy is a certified yoga teacher/Thai massage practitioner who is passionate in serving through wellness guidance and Thai massage who believes that wellbeing is a call to our inner bliss, in her sessions she will make you feel seen with a lot of ease balancing carefully effort to bring effortless.
Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled session to allow time to settle down, and in case you have any questions beforehand for the teacher, you will get them answered. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join the session.
On arrival, sanitiser provided and if you are new to studio, you will be required to fill a consultation form.
Kanga Studio provides yoga mats and props if you require them
There is plenty of parking available at Kanga Studio within the compound and on the grass outside the gate
There is a bathroom and toilet on site, and storage available for your belongings during your session
The studio mats, props and studio will be sanitised and disinfected after each session
