A Breathwork Journey into Renewal, Vitality and New Beginnings

Step into a guided breathwork experience designed to gently awaken your inner energy and restore a sense of clarity and purpose. “Awakening the Inner Spring” invites you to pause, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with the natural rhythm of renewal within.

Through intentional breathing techniques and mindful awareness, this session will support you in refreshing your body, calming your mind, and uplifting your spirit. As we transition into a new season, you will be guided to cultivate vitality, embrace growth, and welcome new beginnings with openness and confidence.

Whether you are seeking emotional reset, renewed motivation, or simply a moment to breathe deeply and intentionally, this journey offers a safe and supportive space to realign and re-energise.

ABOUT VINCENT OLOO:
Vincent Oloo is a certified breathwork practitioner with over 20 years of experience in conscious breathing techniques. His calm and healing presence, combined with his deeply transformative practice, has helped countless individuals achieve profound personal growth. Vincent specialises in Transformational Breath as a senior trainer, and his sessions are known for their intensity and ability to foster deep, lasting change. Driven by a belief in the power of breath to transform lives, Vincent is committed to guiding others on their journey to wellness, one conscious breath at a time. He offers sessions both online and in-person, reaching a global audience.

A few reminders:

  • Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled session to allow time to settle down, and in case you have any questions beforehand for the teacher, you will get them answered. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join the session.
  • On arrival, sanitiser provided and if you are new to studio, you will be required to fill a consultation form.
  • Kanga Studio provides yoga mats and props if you require them
  • There is limited parking, we encourage you to use Uber or public transport where possible.
  • There is a bathroom on site, and storage available for your belongings during your session
  • The studio mats, props and studio will be sanitised and disinfected after each session

COURSES, EVENTS & WORKSHOPS

Refunds:

  • For events and workshops, a full refund will be issued for cancellations made more than 7 days before the start date.
  • For courses, a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date.
  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days unless accompanied by a doctor's note stating you cannot attend.

Exceptions for Refunds or Studio Credit - Refund or studio credit will be issued if:

  • The workshop/course is sold out and there is a waiting list.
  • The workshop is cancelled by the studio.
