An Online Seasonal Yoga & Meditation Journey

As the seasons turn, so do we. Strong + Centered is a 4-month online course designed to guide you through the natural transitions of autumn into winter, Christmas, and the new year. Together we’ll use movement, breath, and meditation to strengthen body and mind, while creating space for ease in the midst of change.

Course Schedule

Friday 24th & Saturday 25th October (Autumn Transition Practice)
Friday 28th & Saturday 29th November (Winter Transition Practice)
Friday 19th & Saturday 20th December (Christmas Practice)
Friday 2nd & Saturday 3rd January (New Year Transition Practice)

Each month you’ll receive two supportive practices to carry you into the season ahead. Over four months, you’ll dive deep into movement and meditation, opening up your potential, feeling the joy of being in your body, and creating more space in your mind.

Morning Practice (90 min)

  • 75 minutes of dynamic movement to build strength, create openings, and spark joy in the simple act of moving.
  • 15 minutes of meditation to plant seeds of potential and ground your practice.

Every class is a chance to challenge yourself, grow resilience, and feel deeply alive.

Evening Practice (90min)
A slower, grounding flow that restores calm and balance. Pranayama (breathing practice) and slow flow. We’ll wind down the day with breath and movement that invite softness, release tension, and open space for rest. Evening meditation.

The Power of Practising Together

There is a special kind of magic that comes from practising together and sitting with a group — even on line!  The benefits of meditation are stability, clarity and strength of mind and you develop these from consistent practice. Knowing we have everything inside of us to flow with our life is so important these days. I invite you to connect with your own hearts compass. Each month according to the season of that month i will base our meditations on the elements, our breath and creating space in our minds. We will start with the earth element as we begin the autumn season.

Each month, our meditations will be rooted in the elements of the season.

Autumn – Earth: grounding and stability
Winter – Fire: warmth, light, and presence
Christmas - Air, breath & spaciousness
New Year – Water: flow and renewal
