Come and experience the unique handmade Gongs manufactured by him to help stimulate and soothe the deepest reaches of the body.
Why not treat yourself to a gentle rest and relaxation session in the intimate, calming studio whilst the vibrations and sounds from the gongs and singing bowls, massage your mind and body with their spectacular energy, leaving you reset with positivity and hopefully a great night's sleep.
All the listener has to do is Relax and let the sound bathe and penetrate the body, carrying the mind into a mediative state, enjoying the peaceful ambience of La Maison Yoga Studio.

Please bring your own mat
Parking;
Park on the public lay-by on Whins Lane
It is important you arrive no earlier than 10 mins before the start of your class, this allows teachers to prepare and clean the Studio.
When arriving, please remove shoes at the door as our Studio floor is cleaned and sanitised before each class.
Please leave all your belongings in the cloakroom. It is important you put your phone and smart watch on silent and leave in the cloakroom as they are not allowed in the studio.
The studio is a time and place for you to connect to your practice.

COURSES, EVENTS, WORKSHOPS, POP UP CLASSES OR RETREATS - Once booked these are non refundable or transferable.
