Spring Renewal yoga weekend retreat

Come and join Laura on the relaxing Isle of Wight for a relaxing and regenerating retreat. from the minute you arrive and unpack your bags, it is all about self care:

The weekend will include 2 x all levels vinaysa classes, 1 x yin session, yoga nidra, meditation and a blissful sound bath. There will be options to book a massage, gorgeous countryside walks, a trip to the Slo Mo wild sauna at Tapnall farm, and plenty of time to relax with a good book.
All rooms are ensuite, the food is delicious vegetarian cuisine and Laura will arrange a taxi pick up from Ryde Pier head (easily accessed from London Waterloo in under 2 hours) or a discount on the car ferry if you are driving.

Twinshare £410 per person

£100 deposit per person secures your place with a balance of £310 pp for twinshare occupancy or £385 for single roomers due 6 Feb
The schedule will be:

Friday 6 March
4pm check in
5 pm welcome tea & cake
6-7pm gentle flow & restore yoga
7-8pm soundbath relaxation
8pm dinner

Sat 7 March
7.30-8am meditation
8.15-1000 morning yoga
1015 brunch
then free time for massage/walk/ etc
5.30-7pm yin and restorative yoga session
7.30 for 7.45pm dinner - please feel free to bring a bottle of wine if you would like to
