Our yoga practice will honor your body’s innate wisdom, inviting soft, fluid movement to release heaviness and align with ease. In the second hour, Rebecca will guide an extended savasana and meditation, holding space for integration and allowing insights to land deeply within your subconscious.
Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and fully nourished.

The Boathouse is situated within Box End Waterpark, to locate the studio, as you drive into the main car park, continue round to the left, walking down the path and you'll see our beautiful boathouse studio overlooking the water. Yoga mats and blankets are available on a first come first serve basis, and it is recommended to bring your own cosy layers for relaxation.
Please arrive promptly for the session.
