We’re so excited to welcome the return of our Summer Pre-Yoga Paddleboarding Sessions at the beautiful Box End Lakes!
Join us bright and early on Sunday mornings as we float gently across the water - expect laughter, a few wobbles, and maybe even a yoga pose or two! Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned paddleboarder, this is all about coming together, trying something new, and soaking up those golden summer vibes.
You’ll be safely guided by one of Box End Park’s fully qualified BCU Paddlesports Instructors - no experience needed, just a sense of adventure!
Afterwards, we’ll head up to the Boat House studio for a slow, grounding yoga flow - the perfect way to ease into your Sunday feeling calm, connected, and completely nourished 💛🧘♀️🛶
Be sure to arrive 15 minutes prior to start time, to allow time to check in at the Activities Reception.
Please use Box End's designated changing rooms - wetsuits are available for hire should you wish. Most are often happy in shorts and a t-shirt/jumper.
Please note there will be a 30min break between paddle boarding at the yoga, to allow time to get changed and grab a coffee should you wish. The Slow Flow Yoga session will need to be booked separately.
All attendees will be required to complete the Health & Safety waiver for Box End Park online here: https://waiver.roller.app/boxendpark/ prior to the session.
Ticket includes all boards, paddles and buoyancy aids.
Wetsuits are optional and can be hired on the day for £5pp.
Box End Park recommends wearing soft-sole water shoes or grip socks to protect feet from the stones when entering/exiting the water. Grip socks can be bought for £2.50pp on the day if needed.
