Spring Begins: a Restorative Yoga Workshop

Join me in a space to honour the only day set aside for a female saint in Ireland. Plus she also happens to be a rocking Celtic Goddess. Healing and crafting are in her domain so we'll be working on both in this special workshop.

We'll begin with relaxing, restorative yoga. I will guide you through supported poses, all lying down or seated, to help you access a deep sense of letting go. This will be followed by a hot drink and lots of treats (many are gluten free & vegan) PLUS a mindful crafting project for you to work on together.

To finish, you'll be guided into a meditative relaxation session called 'yoga nidra' to leave you feeling inspired, restored and very relaxed. By the end of the of your time with us you'll feel ready for the gradual unfurling of Spring.

No need for any yoga experience and all sizes and shapes are very welcome*.

*Although the poses are lying down, we may be able to accommodate those who find it challenging to get up and down from the floor. Please contact me to discuss the possibilities.
