A deep inner dance journey

Using the breath, free form dance, guided movement, visualisation, intuitive prayer and sound. Taking us deep, deep, deep down into the inner landscape, the inner layers of our incredible bodies.

Then lay back and snuggle up as we sleep over …YES FINALLY!!!! … for ALL NIGHT SOUND BATHING!!!!!! 🥳

A deep, slow, guided, inner dance.
Working through the energy centres in the body, to rediscover, release, align, and ultimately connect to our inner guidance system, our aligned selves.
Often an unexpected deep, raw, innocent experience of Joy.
I will guide you deep down into your body, out of the chaos of the mind... deep into our unique coding. So we can be the wisdom keepers of our own bodies!

Rediscovering our own intelligent guidance systems. So we can once again be our own gurus and listen to our own ancient wisdom.

We will be using high quality headsets and eye masks to allow us to drop in even deeper. Allowing us to drop in deeper in a more intimate and private way.

And then…. An all night sound bath!
…How would it feel to submerge body, mind and soul in divine frequency? Settle down for a journey like no other….and experience the portal that opens when resting in extended resonance…
With some silence before dawn for us to integrate. Before we all join together for a BIG BREAKFAST FEAST!

Arrival from 6.30pm to lay out your cozy space!

7pm we drink cacao, eye masks on and start the somatic movement journey.

9pm chats by the fire, bedtime tea and snacks

10pm sound journey begins

7am rise!

8am BREAKFAST FEASTING!!!

10am home time
