Sound Bath Experience
A sound bath is a deeply immersive meditation experience where gentle, resonant sounds from instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes guide the body and mind into a state of deep relaxation. The vibrations and harmonics help to release tension, balance energy, and promote mental clarity.
Participants lie comfortably on mats or blankets, allowing the sound waves to wash over them, creating a restorative environment that works on both a physical and emotional level. Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike, a sound bath is a powerful tool for stress relief, inner calm, and overall wellbeing.

Important Health Notice
A sound bath may not be suitable for individuals with the following conditions:
• Pregnancy
• Sound-induced epilepsy
• Acute or severe mental illness
• Fitted pacemakers

WHAT TO WEAR
Please wear comfortable, warm clothing. Body temperature may lower during deep relaxation.
WHAT TO BRING
Yoga mats, blankets, pillows, and eye masks will be provided. However, as participants will be lying on the floor, you may wish to bring a thicker mat for additional support.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. The doors will close promptly, and late entry will not be permitted.
PARKING
Free parking is available on site. To avoid a parking fine, all participants must register their vehicle details on the electronic tablet located inside the building's entrance.
Please note:
Access to the session room is not available through the main entrance of the Silhillians Sports Club. Instead, please use the side entrance on the left-hand side of the building.
Follow the car park around to the left to locate the side door.
