I truly believe anyone can learn to meditate. It's about finding the right technique for you.
This 2-session autumn meditation journey is perfect if you're new to meditation or have struggled to stick with it before.
Over the two evenings, you'll be guided through different techniques, from breath awareness to simple body-based practices.
You'll get to experience what each one feels like, so you can discover the approach that works best for you.
By the end, you'll leave with a personal toolkit of techniques to carry into your daily life, making meditation something that truly feels your own.
Learn how to calm the mind and achieve deep relaxation, Pause and reset and find calm in your busy life.
Mats and blankets will be provided.
Please dress comfortably and ensure you are warm,as our body temperature can drop during deep relaxation.
There will also be chairs available If you would prefer to sit on a chair, instead of the floor.
There is plenty of free parking however to avoid any parking fines we do ask if you could enter your vehicle registration into the Smart parking pad, at the entrance of the building upon arrival.
