MUTLEY Mixed Moo/Baby Moo/Mooborn

Welcome to Moo Music! We can’t wait to welcome you to one of our venues and have lots of multi-sensory fun with Maggie Moo and her friends!

HOW DOES IS WORK?
At our Mutley Plain Cafe your Moo Music session will begin at your ticket time, but you can also pop along before to play in our cafe upstairs, or stay after for some playtime, or even do both! We serve a selection of hot and cold drinks, as well as delicious cakes, and a variety of lunch items. Your Moo Music session takes place downstairs, which is a structured music and movement session using props, bubbles and our annoyingly catchy original music! Our sessions are based around our main character Maggie Moo and her farmyard friends’ adventures!

CAFE OPENING TIMES -
Monday, Tuesday and Friday 09:30 - 14:30
Wednesday and Thursday 09:30 - 16:30
Saturday and Sunday 09:30-12:30

WHAT ARE THE AGES AND STAGES?

MOOBORN - newborns to confident sitters.
BABY MOO - confident sitters to wobbly walkers.
MIXED MOO is aimed at toddlers and preschoolers.

If you are booking sessions weeks/months in advance, please bear in mind your child will grow. Most current Mooborns will be Baby Moovers in a few months!

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Socks! We ask that outdoor shoes are taken off at the door at our Mutley Cafe.
And a blanket/muslin if you have a non-sitting baby.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
We do not offer refunds on sessions cancelled within 24 hours of it taking place. This is a more generous policy than if you were booking similar events such as theatre or gig tickets.
You may transfer your session up to three hours before or you may gift your session to a friend. 
To amend a booking, go into your booking confirmation email and click on ‘view booking’.
If you cancel outwith 24 hours, please send us an email to claim your refund.

CAN I BRING MORE THAN ONE ADULT?
Yes! The more the merrier.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS?
Yes, please do! And tell the world how much fun you had! But please DO NOT put any images of other children on social media without the express permission of their care givers.

WHERE CAN I PARK?
There are two free car parks on Mutley Plain and Connaught Avenue (beside the cafe) is free for two hours from 10am. 


WHAT IF MY BABY SLEEPS THROUGH OR TAKES A TANTRUM?
Both of these things are highly likely to happen to you at some point... especially the tantrums! It’s all a completely natural and normal part of a child’s development and certainly not something we frown upon at Moo Music. We pride ourselves on the relaxed, non-judgmental environment we’ve created. 
Even if baby is sleeping they’ll still be absorbing the sounds and smells and becoming familiar with the environment. And it just means you get to chill with a coffee!

I DON’T KNOW ANYONE ELSE THERE?
You don’t come with friends, you come to make friends. Ours is the perfect environment to facilitate just that!
