Join us at Mothers Matter for a gentle baby massage session in a warm, welcoming space. Learn simple massage techniques, follow your baby’s cues and meet other parents.
There’s no pressure for your baby to settle or stay quiet. Feeding, changing and cuddles are all part of the session.
Just bring a blanket, and come as you are.
Please bring a soft blanket or towel for your baby to lie on, along with your usual changing bag and feeding essentials.
Wear comfortable clothes, as we will be sitting on floor mats. Please let us know beforehand if you need a chair or any additional support.
You are welcome to feed, change or comfort your baby at any time. Everything moves at your baby’s pace, so there is no pressure to join in every activity.
If you or your baby are unwell, please let us know and stay home to rest. We look forward to welcoming you to Mothers Matter.
