Class focus will be published shortly. In our regular Friday class we continue our wide-ranging exploration of the practice of Contact Improvisation. Each week we have a theme to focus our practice which includes solo movement, moving meditations, partner and group exercises, games and also moments to check in with each other and reflect on the practice and our experience.
This class is always open to movers of all backgrounds and also those to whom a movement practice is new.
