Bums and Tums

In response to the new guidelines recently announced please can we ask all customers (over the age of 11 to wear a face covering when entering and exiting the centre). This can be removed to exercise or take part in a session in the hall / Gym but it is now compulsory when entering and exiting our facility

• All customers will be asked to sanitise use our non contact temperature scanner before entry

• Please social distance from others at all times

• Fire doors will need to open throughout the sessions to help with ventilation in the hall - so bring an extra layer of clothing

*Mats cannot be shared under current restrictions, so please bring your own mat, If you do not have one and would like to use one, You will be able to purchase one at reception for £5

• Please travel light, only bring what you need for the session.

• All equipment will be cleaned/disinfected before and after sessions

• you will be asked to wipe down any equipment you use within your session

• All sessions booked via our booking system must be paid for at the time of booking

• A one way system will be in place throughout our centre - Please enter at the main entrance and exit from the fire door in the main hall

• Our upstairs area is closed for the time being so there will be no changing facilities or showers available sorry

• The downstairs toilet will be available to use if needed
