Join us at the Nafas Yoga studio in South Woodford in collaboration with House of Butterfly for our Breathe & Bathe event. This time it will focus on the theme Awaken.
This event will give you the opportunity to find freedom from attachments, to let yourself go of all those obstacles and objects that we often associate with ourselves.
This event will give you the chance to meditate, breathe, journal and bathe in the healing sounds of a sound bath to detox your body and mind.
Ticket price includes a cacao ritual to help you energise, focus and release.
