Community Circle *Open to over 12s

This community circle is a warm, welcoming space to slow down, connect with others and enjoy a simple evening together. It is not a performance, there is no pressure to sing or drum, and there is no expectation to participate in any particular way.

We will gather in a cosy circle and spend time together in an easy, friendly atmosphere. The evening will include gentle exploration of rhythm and sound using simple instruments, relaxed conversation with warm drinks, and a guided meditation to help settle your nervous system and leave you feeling grounded and calm.

You do not need any musical experience and you do not need to feel confident with your voice. You are welcome to join in, tap along quietly, listen, or simply sit and take it all in. All instruments are provided, and everything is offered as an invitation rather than a requirement.

Young people aged 12 and over are very welcome to attend with a parent or carer. This can be a lovely opportunity for shared, screen free time and genuine connection in a supportive environment.

This evening is about connection, ease and enjoyment. Come on your own or bring a friend. Just bring yourself.
