This class is great for those who like a structured, meditative practice
This class runs as 13 class courses for £169. It is possible to drop-in for £16 a class if there is space available.
This class is running during the Summer term as a 13 class course from 15th April - 15th July
Please note there is NO CLASS on the following dates: 27th May.
Missed classes cannot be used for another course and cannot be refunded.
This class is IN STUDIO and numbers are limited. If you need to change or cancel your booking please give 24 hrs notice.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class start time if possible to get settled in.
If you have your own mat & props please bring them. If you do not I have spares available for you to borrow.
