Reiki Level 1 Training, Shoden (First Teachings), Usui Reiki Ryoho

Shoden is a Japanese word meaning ‘first teachings’, it is the first level of teachings in the traditional Japanese branch of Reiki called Usui Reiki Ryoho.

The course is experiential, we will practice traditional Japanese Reiki meditations enabling you to connect and work with your spiritual energy.
We will work through the Reiki precepts so that you can develop your understanding and put these into practice.

There will be opportunities for you to practice hands on healing techniques to help you sense and work with energy so that by the end of this course, you will be able to practice Reiki on yourself and your friends and Family.

The course is a pre-requisite for Level 2 Okuden Practitioner Training and Level 3 Shinpiden Master / Teacher Training

I will share level 1 Reiju with you, which is a spiritual blessing from teacher to student, aligning you with the universal spiritual energy.

You'll discover how to create a daily energy practice, while also learning to support the health and harmony of your friends and family using traditional Japanese healing techniques.
A 21 day clearing will happen after the training, I will send you journal prompts, practice guides and will be on hand for any support you need.
