Class starts with 30 minutes of teaching.
Please allow 2 hours.
.... includes ceremony, breath work, somatic movement, sound, dance and all the usual magic.
Please arrive well ahead of time to set up your space.
Wear something that allows you free movement.
Ensure you are hooked up to a great speaker as the music is a big part of this event.
We recommend setting up well in advance of the start time to really intentionally enter the collective space.
