Yoga Nidra is a deeply restful and restorative guided relaxation and is a particularly helpful way of grounding ourselves in these turbulent times.
All you need to do is make yourself cosy lying on the floor, on your bed or sofa with blankets and cushions and snuggle in for a long guided practice to refresh and restore.
