Chair Yoga combines gentle movement, breathwork and relaxation and is ideal for those who find it difficult getting up and down from the floor. It helps with mobility, flexibility, strength and stress relief and is suitable for every body, age and state of health. Beginners always welcome!
Dance Connect is a lovely bright studio in Kinross, near Sainsburies and the Park & Ride. There is plenty of parking at the studio and toilets.
Please bring a yoga mat. The class is practiced in socks or bare feet and please wear soft, comfortable clothing.
