This 75 minute session will give you a firm foundation in learning to safely SUP. You'll start with land based instruction on how to paddle and navigate, how to get up on the board, where to place your feet and ways to avoid falling in. You'll also learn how to self-rescue before getting on the water and testing it all out. The lessons are in small groups of up to 8 and great for nervous beginners. Build your confidence and learn the fastest growing water sport around.
