Lauren Elise (@laurenelisepole), a true icon of the UK pole scene and movement queen, leads monthly intensive at the studio with a different focus each month to work in depth on details to ELEVATE your flow.
Monthly Intensive Focuses:
January: Pirouettes & Turns
February: Musicality
March: Arms, Grips and Spins
Sessions will look at the intricacies within movements, breaking them down and working directly within the finest details of flow. Each month will have a different focus, from body rolls and waves, to how to travel effortlessly around the pole and floor - and everything in between. Prepare to focus and explore reverse movements, isolations, freezes and accents, as well as how to use your hands to compliment your movement. Expect to also explore a variety of unusual grips to elevate and expand your dance.
Level: Open Level - we recommend Beginners have attended at least 4 pole classes prior to joining this session to get the most from it!
Can be done barefoot or in heels (Pleaser or similar styles).

Lauren Elise is a sexy little wiggle worm, pole dance instructor and performer based in London, best known for her dynamic, fluid basework, her musicality and her attention to detail, all while wearing a pair of monster 10inch heels.
