Letting in the Light.
As the days begin to lengthen after the Spring Equinox, we’re reminded that light returns - and that it does so gradually. This mini-retreat invites you to follow that seasonal shift: to slow down, notice what helps you feel a little lighter and more at ease, and gently let more of that in.
NO YOGA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
ALL EQUIPMENT, TEA & TREATS PROVIDED
WARM & CENTRAL LOCATION
You'll be gently guided through accessible movement and mindfulness practices, with plenty of options and unhurried time. There’ll be space to settle your nervous system, stretch your body, calm your mind, and rest. We'll pause for tea and something sweet, and close with a guided relaxation to leave you feeling more connected to yourself and with a sense of ease within.
This mini-retreat is suitable for adults of all ages, bodies and experience levels. You are welcome whether you have zero or lots of yoga experience.
My mini-retreats usually sell out, so I recommend booking in advance.

LOCATION: This event is held in the Quaker Meeting House on Summerhill South, T12 XW8R, Cork City centre. There is a bus stop right in front of it and free limited parking plus a bike stand inside the court yard.
ABILITY LEVEL: We will spend some time sitting & lying on the floor and also possibly on hands and knees. Please make sure you are comfortable with this before signing up.
