As the year winds down and the world begins to shimmer with holiday energy, take a moment to pause.

QUIET & CENTRAL LOCATION
This retreat is an invitation to slow your pace, rest deeply, and build a sense of calm and warmth within to carry into the season ahead. Through gentle yoga, nourishing breathwork, and mindful reflection, we’ll honour the soft in-between — that space where autumn fades, winter waits, and everything feels a little more still before the glitter and gatherings begin.
You’ll be gently guided through accessible movement and mindfulness practices, with plenty of options and unhurried time. We’ll pause for tea and something sweet, and close with a guided relaxation.
This mini-retreat is suitable for adults of all ages, bodies and experience levels. You are welcome whether you have zero or lots of yoga experience.

LOCATION: This event is held in the Quaker Meeting House on Summerhill South, T12 XW8R, Cork City centre. There is a bus stop right in front of it and free limited parking plus a bike stand inside the court yard.
ABILITY LEVEL: We will spend some time sitting & lying on the floor and also possibly on hands and knees. Please make sure you are comfortable with this before signing up.

There is a bus stop right in front of the wall that surrounds the building. Once you get through the open gate, there is limited free parking and a bike stand inside the court yard.
