This booking is for a 2 week burlesque short course in the use of gloves.
Classes are 1hr and involve warm up / cool down, learning techniques and tips for glove removal and further prop use, just for fun or to incorporate into your own burlesque act.
The class is for all levels, all bodies and all genders.
Livello: Beginner, All levels welcome
Please wear something that shows your body shape so you can see how you are moving and using the props involved in the class. I recommend leggings and a fitted t-shirt or vest top.
You are welcome to wear heels, but please only wear a height that you can easily move around in. I don't recommend bare feet for these classes as we will be working on a hardwood floor.
Please bring water with you.
Please note that alcohol and prescription drugs (that affect your balance, motor skills and cognitive thinking) should not be consumed prior to the class. Your instructor will not be responsible for you and any injuries sustained if this is the case.
For accessibly, there is one large step up into the building, so we are unfortunately not wheelchair accessible, but once in the building everything is on one level, including toilet facilities and kitchen.

Burlesque Short Course
All classes are £25 for a 2wk course and there will be a maximum of 6 people in the class. You can book as an individual or as a group to join a class. If you wish to book a 1-2-1 please contact me separately on burlesque@poleandplumes.comAll ticket sales are final and non refundable, but are transferable. At times class dates may be subject to change, but advanced notice will be given and alternative dates of the same week day will be given. If you are unable to attend due to a date change a refund will be given at £12.50 per class.
