In this class you will learn the fundamentals of pole dancing. This class is suitable for COMPLETE beginners and those who have a little experience with pole.
If you have had a long time off this class would be ideal to help get your confidence back up and re learn the basics.
Class is open to everyone over the age 18.
So if you have ever wanted to give pole a try then lets start your journey now.
To do pole you will need skin out as that is how you grip to the pole, i know for your first class this can be quite daunting but no need to worry it is a safe space. Shorts and a t-shirt is recommended (leggings/joggers over to get warmed up in)
heels are welcomed
knee pads are always handy to have
all different kind of grip aids are available if needed, just bring some change with you. Pop a £1 in the tub and use the grip all class.
