CACAO & DANCE

Our CACAO & DANCE is a ceremonial gathering of heart, body, and soul.

We come together to drink ceremonial cacao, move freely, and reconnect with ourselves and one another in a safe, gently held space. This is an invitation to soften the mind, open the heart, and listen deeply to the wisdom of the body.

Cacao, a sacred plant medicine used for thousands of years, supports heart-opening, emotional awareness, and connection. It helps us arrive fully — present, grounded, and receptive.

From this place, we enter the dance.
Not to perform, but to listen.
To move energy, express what words cannot, and allow the body to lead.

You are welcome to move, be still, sit, lie down, celebrate, or rest.
There is no right way to be here — only your way.

The evening gently closes with a sound bath, offering space for integration, nervous system regulation, and deep rest. Sound helps the body settle, the heart soften, and the experience land with ease.

This is a space for:
