Beginners Pilates with Hilary, suitable for anyone:
• Starting Pilates for the first time or who haven't been for a while.
• Improvers who want to get back to basics and reinforce basic techniques.
• With injuries and conditions that require gentler, rehabilitation based exercises with modifications to suit.

Parking
There is a free car park next to the centre which is based in the heart of Brabyns Park, entrance for drivers off Brabyns Brow (signposted 'Brabyns Park')
Drive past the main car park, round to the right and keep going, take the right fork and you will arrive at the car park for the Recreational Centre.
