An hour of brilliant music, easy-to-follow dance fitness and the kind of moves where it really doesn’t matter if your version looks exactly like mine.
No routines to learn, no pressure to get everything right and absolutely no requirement to know what you’re doing before you arrive. Just follow along, move, sweat, sing if the mood takes you and have a bloody good time.
If you’ve done Zumba before, you know the drill. If you haven’t, don’t worry - nobody is testing you and there’s no complicated choreography to remember. You just join in.
Move. Sweat. Smile.

Please bring water and a small towel, wear comfortable clothing you can move in and trainers - and most importantly, leave your worries at the door and indulge in an hour of silliness and dancing
