Yoga Nidra helps calm the nervous system to reduce stress, improve sleep quality, and deeply restore the body in a way that feels like a biological "reset button."
🌙 The Soft Landing: End the night with warm chamomile and honey tea as it chemically complements the "brain state" you will have just induced during the Yoga Nidra, while still wrapped in your blanket, in a candlelit sanctuary.
Spaces are limited to allow a fully immerse evening 😴💫
Come cosy, comfortable and ready to relax and reset. All equipment is provided, but your welcome to bring your own blanket / pillows if you wish too 💗 Come in through the entrance to Pro-Star gymnastics academy and go straight up the stairs, pop off your shoes and come on in.
Please note the doors to the studio open 10 minutes before class time, to allow time to find your mat and get settled 💗 if you are running late, please quietly come on in if class has started. As this class is exclusively for 8 people, payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot, and we have a no refund policy 💗
