At Ree-Lax Yoga & Wellness, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to build confidence, understand their emotions and develop the tools they need to thrive...not just during the summer, but throughout life.
Our Summer Shine Wellness Scheme has been thoughtfully created to support children's emotional wellbeing in a fun, engaging and nurturing environment. Every game, craft, yoga session and activity has a purpose. Through movement, creativity, connection and mindfulness, we'll help children discover their strengths, build resilience and celebrate exactly who they are.
Over two inspiring mornings, children will enjoy:

Throughout the camp we'll explore:
• Understanding and expressing emotions
• Building confidence from within
• Developing resilience through play
• Learning calming strategies for everyday life
• Celebrating individuality and self-worth
• Building positive friendships and communication skills
Creating a sense of belonging and connection
Every child will leave with more than memories. They'll leave with practical wellbeing tools, new friendships, increased confidence and the knowledge that they are valued exactly as they are. Because when children feel safe, connected and understood, they truly begin to shine.
Spaces are limited to ensure every child receives the care and attention they deserve.

Come in through the entrance to Pro-Star gymnastics academy and come straight up the stairs. Here your little one can pop off their shoes and coat and come on in, and you can head on for 3 hours of child free time.
Please note, a £20 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking due to limited spaces, and we have a strict no refund policy due to limited spaces. With the remaining £20 due a week before we get together to shine ( 5th August) .
