☀️ HALF TERM ACTIVITY ☀️
I'm looking forward to opening my class up to you next week durning half term to remind you to take care of yourself ❤️
Half term can be full of pressure to occupy the kids, make memories and focus entirely on them. Well, you can do that AND prioritise your wellbeing too 😉
Parent Yoga & Play is usually for age 5 and under, but for half term primary school age children are also welcome! Along side the usual toys we will have a craft table and activities for the older kids too.
So they can get creative, play and make new friends whilst you get chance to reset your nervous system.
Our theme next week is an energised flow and powerful breathwork to keep you mentally balanced and ready to ride the rest of half term out 🧘♀️

mums, dad's and grandparents are all welcome. Mums, you need to be 3 months post-partum (I can recommend a postnatal yoga class, let me know)

All equipment is provided but you're welcome to bring your own yoga mat for additional comfort.

The scouts hq has a small car park (10 cars) which is uneven in some areas so please park considerately and leave the flatter spaces for those who need a more stable footing or use of a wheelchair.
Once inside we have a wonderful space for yoga, a large kitchen and accessible toilets.
