Out & About, Together ~ Celebration Afternoon Tea🥂

As a participant of one of our previous sessions we’d like to invite you to 🥂Afternoon Tea at Woodchurch Vineyard.

A glass of Woodchurch Fizz and afternoon tea are all included.

🎟️ Carers/supporting family members are most welcome to come and will also need to book a ticket please.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a flight of stairs up to room where we will be eating and sadly no lift. My apologies to anyone unable to access this particular event.

We have absolutely loved running these sessions, but sadly the funding has come to an end for now. We will of course be in contact should we be successful in securing some more funding. But for now we look forward to celebrating the end of this first series of events with you.

Out & About, Together is a project that offers a series of community, nature and well-being adventures. All events are free of charge.

The aim is to enhance participants’ wellbeing, encourage social connection, and celebrate community togetherness.
